Cozy Earth Unsponsored Review

Unsponsored Honest review of Cozy Earth Bamboo Jogger and Bamboo stretch knit lounge tee.

A few ladies in my ‘Newborn Moms Support Group’ heard rave reviews about these bamboo pajamas that were on sale. You know I get all hot and bothered when I hear rave reviews and so I ordered immediately for one of my Unsponsored Reviews.

I won’t beat around the bush. I paid $130 for these pajamas/joggers (and that was ON SALE) and I normally love Target’s pajamas.
The pants are supposed to be $129 normal price and the shirt is $70. To say I had high expectations would be an understatement. When they cost two hundred dollars, or about five times the price of my go-to Target set, they need to deliver a product that is five times better. Did they? I really want to say yes, but in my opinion, no.

Do I love them? Yes. Did I take them off for four days after they arrived? No. Do I think they are worth $200? No. Do they have amazing customer service? Yes.

What I love:

  • The fabric is super soft and luxurious, but also somewhat thick and sturdy. Feels like great quality (doesn’t show off cellulite).

  • Overall they are flattering.

  • Great Customer Service

  • Super Comfortable

  • Hold up great to washing

What I didn’t Love (in order of appearance):

  • Wasteful: The pants were shipped separately from the top and came in their own fabric bag with a zipper. Very fancy, but very wasteful. And I don’t know if I’m being unreasonable, but with a name like “Cozy Earth,” I felt like the product was going to be somewhat eco-conscious.

  • Bad Waistband: The elastic keeps folding and flipping inside the waistband. Drives me crazy and another mom shared the same thing happens to her (we are both curvier). I brought to my tailor to try to fix.

  • Hole: I got a small hole on the thigh before I ever washed them. I sent photos and they sent me a new pair. A+ customer service.

  • Pockets: There is a back left pocket. I don’t know why it’s there. Most people are right handed. So if you were placing your phone, it doesn’t make sense. It also bunches up a little and makes my butt look a little strange. I did an online poll and 85% of the ladies said they don’t like back pockets.

What other PoppieLadies had to say about Cozy Earth:

“I have their PJs. Don't shrink! Super soft. Doesn't stain from baby vom or breast milk. The sweater I love too. Got it in black. Wash and heat dry constantly. No pilling ...no shrinking...had it for 7+ months now.”
